Orders placed by 15:00 will be dispatched on the same day. After this time, orders will be dispatched the next working day, provided the item is in stock

Shipping Europe + International

  • Shipping to Germany: CHF 9.95, with DHL Paket Premium.
  • Shipping to EU member states: CHF 14.90, with DHL Paket Premium.
  • Shipping to European countries outside the EU: CHF 24.90, with DHL Paket Premium.
  • Shipping to all other countries: CHF 49.90, with DHL Paket Premium.

Delivery with DHL Paket Premium takes different times depending on the destination country. Below you will find the approximate values for your order:

  • Orders to Germany and EU member states: Delivery in 2-5 working days, duty-free and without import fees.
  • Orders to non-EU member states: Delivery in 2-5 working days, plus customs and import duties.
  • Orders to all other countries: according to DHL's specifications, plus customs and import duties.

All orders are shipped with DHL Paket Premium. Please note that the stated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the circumstances.

After successful shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code to track the delivery of your order.

For EU member states, your order will be delivered free of customs and import charges. For non-EU member states in Europe and other countries, customs duties and import fees will be charged by DHL directly to the recipient of the order.

Returns & exchanges

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the arrival of your delivery. Please note that if you make a refund that results in the remaining total amount of your order falling below CHF 100, a fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To make a return or exchange, proceed as follows:

Return procedure

  1. Returns in your customer account. To do this, use the e-mail address with which you placed the order.
  2. You will receive a postal returns label from us by e-mail. The returns label is also available for download in your customer account.
  3. Send the products back to us. Make sure that the items are in their original condition, including packaging and label, and that there are no signs of use.
  4. Refunds for verified returns will be made within 4-5 working days via your chosen payment method.

Exchange

If you want to exchange a product because it does not meet your expectations (e.g. wrong color or size), proceed as follows:

  1. Return the product: Send the product you want to exchange back to us as you would for a normal return.
  2. Place a new order: Order the desired product in the correct color or size again in a separate order in our store.

    Please note that returns cannot be offset against a new order.

Returns fee

Why is a returns fee charged?

In order to continue to offer favorable prices, we have to offset the costs of return shipping and the careful inspection and testing of returns. Every return is thoroughly checked so that flawless products can be put back on sale. In this way, we make an important contribution to sustainability.

With a few exceptions, all items can be returned. Excluded from the return are

  • Food
  • Liquid and gaseous articles
  • Identification stamps with custom embossing
  • Articles made to customer specifications (e.g. coat of arms rings and officers' swords)
  • Items ordered at the customer's request outside our product range
  • Underwear (e.g. boxer shorts, underpants, socks)
  • Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. hearing protection products) or whose seal/packaging has been removed after delivery
  • Thermal imaging cameras
  • Water filters and all items for water treatment
  • Rechargeable batteries and batteries
  • Pepper sprays

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of your delivery arriving.

If you are unsure about your size, we recommend that you order two different sizes to try on. You can simply return the size that doesn't fit, provided it complies with our returns policy.

If you wish to return an order from within the EU, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. Send the order to the following address at your own expense:

Please note that we will deduct customs costs and import fees from your refund amount in addition to the return fees. Due to subsequent customs processing, it may take up to 4 weeks to process your return from the EU.

Payment & Refund

You must be over 18 years old and resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Furthermore, this payment option is only offered for orders to Switzerland.
When purchasing on account, our partner POWERPAY carries out an online check. This check may be negative for various reasons, such as creditworthiness, contradictory information or unpaid POWERPAY invoices. You can find out more about the reasons for this on the.POWERPAY website
The invoice is issued by POWERPAY. You will receive the individual invoice by e-mail approx. 24-48 hours after your order has been dispatched. This invoice delivery is free of charge. If the individual invoice is paid on time, no costs will be incurred. Thereafter, outstanding amounts from individual invoices already received will be summarized in an account statement. You will receive this account statement in the form of a monthly invoice by post with payment slips around the middle of the following month. The cost of sending the monthly statement is CHF 2.90.
  • Individual invoice: The invoice must be paid within 15 days of receipt of the e-mail. Payment is made by e-banking. Third-party costs will be charged for payments at the post office counter.
  • Monthly invoice: Payment deadline always at the end of the month with payment slips.
Yes, you have the option of paying in installments for both single and monthly invoices. You can choose to pay between 10% and 100% of the total amount.
If payment of a minimum amount of the monthly invoice is late, POWERPAY will charge a reminder fee of CHF 15 for the first reminder and CHF 25 for the second reminder.
This depends on the time of cancellation.
  1. If the invoice has already been paid, a corresponding credit note will be issued via bank transfer.
  2. If Armtec is able to notify POWERPAY of the cancellation before the payment deadline has expired and the invoice has not been paid or has only been partially paid, POWERPAY will send a new individual invoice with the new amount and a new payment deadline if there is still a balance to be paid.
  3. If Armtec can only notify POWERPAY of the cancellation after the payment deadline has expired and the invoice has not been paid or has only been partially paid, POWERPAY will send a monthly invoice with additional costs of CHF 2.90 less the refunded amount.
The purchase by invoice can only be carried out with the indication of the private address.
